car running hot

pontiac running hot what i do,already changed thermostat?I changed the oil also for it had a little water in the oil,because the motor were running hot ,I put some engine flushing&sealing,liquid glass,no more water in the oil.but still running hot....what can i do to fix this

You had water in the oil? There is no such think as "mechanic in a can". You have serious internal damage.

Get it block and pressure tested to find out more and then get back and we'll follow
