Heat/defrost

After car warms up there is no heat. opened bleeder on thermostat but no reponse... will not defrost...noticed ac compressor comes on with defrost.Any recommendations??

What exactly is it not doing. Is the air coming out in the correct spot? Is the fan blower working? Is the temp of the air warm?

The compressor is supposed to run with defrost.
