Car has a miss on number 4 ,changed plugs and fired it up but still has miss plug i took out was wet.Is it possiable head gasket is gone.Car has a 2.2 echotec.code came up as p0304

Was the plug wet from coolant or fuel?Do you have spark on the number 4 cylinder?
