I am trying to change the thermostat in my 2003 Oldsmobile Alero. auto transmission. I need to know the best way to get this job done. location of the thermostat,removal,installation. thanks

you really have to pull the exaust pipe to get this off as it'snot easy to get to unless you wantto finagle a way around it. i'm enclosing a pic of whereit's located. you'll have to drain your cooling system as well....
