inteior door panels

I'm tring to take front inteior door panels off so i can get to speakers. but i can't figure out how the window winder handle comes off.

There is a U shaped clip behind the handle that removes it. It requires a special tool to remove it. If you are careful, you may be able to get a thin screwdriver behind it to remove it.
