2003 Nissan Sentra Hi Started Car Office Needles Dash Board Working Stopped

Hi
When I started my car from office all the needles in dash board were working. Then I stopped for shopping and when I turned on the engine i could see none of the dash board indicator needles are moving and everything went back to zero. The car started and its moving but when I push the accelerator its speeding up but need to push hardly and its making severe noise as if I am raising the accelerator in the stand still position.

Can you please suggest the possible solution or what could have gone wrong with your expertise.
