I have a Nissan sentra spec v. It's giving me problems when I try to crank it. It won't crank on fast. I took it to auto parts and they told me I had a back fire in the cylinder. How can I be sure that's the problem.

Let me know if there are any fault codes set and in the mean time do a full tune and also have the ignition leads checked as well, start here.

This is a warning that there is a set fault code, go get a scan and report the code/s here they will be a P**** type code.
