Hello, recently my car had been heating. I had a mechanic check it and he came to the conclusion that the thermostat had gone bad. We replaced it, we flushed the radiator, the fans are working, the water pump isnt spilling, and we put water and coolant back. The problem now is that sometimes when I park, only when i park, the temp gauge goes up and as I move it goes back down. Why does this happen?

The radiator may be part blocked, you may have flow when you do the flush but not enough to cool the engine, have the radiator core cleaned, this will have to be done by a radiator specialist.
