2003 Nissan Micra Heating fan doesn't work

The heating fan doesn't work, sometimes when the door is shut really hard then it starts working but other then that it doesn't work. i think its a connecting fault as some wires might have become detached but I'm not too sure. It doesn't even blow any air at all. However, when it does work then everything works fine without any problems.

When it's not working rap on the side of the motor with a screwdriver handle and if it starts, the motor is bad.
