Nissan 2003. 33000 miles on clock careful driver. Sould cylyinder head gasget go,and if so how much should it cost.?

how often was your coolant changed? It's a good idea to do it each year on aluminum engines. ANY ovetheat can warp the head and it should be inspected when doing the job. It can be expensive and requires a major gasket set and new timing belt. 1500- 2000 usd is common.
