getting some noise when I accelerate and shift

When I give my car gas and the rpms drop from shifting I hear a rattling sound coming from my engine. What should I do? The car also squeaks when I turn my ac/heater on.

rattling may be exhaust parts/sheilds loose? squeak may be blower motor bearings need some lube?
