Where I can find a heater control valve?

Valve which control ht water flow in to the heating coil, in my car. When I turn on ac in my car, hot air is coming. AC system is perfect return line tot he compressor is chilled, gas is OK, blower working but getting a mix of hot and cold air in side. I know heater working always. How to turn off this?

Did you do a gauge readings? What are the readings?

Suction 30 psi, discharge 140. Those are normal.
