what is the correct output voltage of tps sensor on 3.3 v6 and how do you check it?

shifting funny took to dealer he messed with tps got worse replaced it but dont know how to dial it in

Unless they're doing something different, you should find 5.0 volts on the supply wire, 0.2 volts on the ground wire, and between 0.5 and 4.5 on the signal wire in the middle, depending on throttle position. These sensors aren't typically adjusted anymore as they were on some early '80s models. The Engine Computer will relearn the characteristics of the new sensor.
