You may just have a faulty sender unit, best to get the oil pressure checked with mechanical gauge, this will prove oil pressure one way or the other.

Have the oil pressure checked.

There is a possibility the oil strainer inside the oil pan is clogged preventing oil from being sucked by the oil pump.

It is best not to start the engine under such circumstances as the engine could be damaged if oil is not being sent to the various sections for lubrication.
