The suspension is a system of many parts. You need to inspect all of them and replace just what needs to be replaced, then the car must be aligned. Lowering springs are a real bad idea. Anything that changes the ride height of the car will adversely affect tire wear, braking, and handling, even when the numbers on the alignment computer appear to be okay.
