i am getting bad engine vibrations sometimes

my car is shaking ( vibrate ) strongly once in a while and the check engine light is blinking and then disappeared . no codes. what can it be ?Thanks

You could be having a poor idling issue. Have the throttle body and ISC cleaned and retest.
