I have a 350Z manual and one day my car lost a lot power could it be the clutch

My car lost power I get no acceleration in any gear I even put car in any gear and let go of the cluych and it wont shut off

Try adjusting it first, if possible. Then go with replacement.

Your clutch is hydraulic, so the only adjustment is the length of the push rod between the slave cylinder and clutch fork. You would need to shorten that rod so that it allows more pressure to be applied to the clutch disc. My guess is that with your description of the problem, you won't be able to adjust enough, though. But, it's worth a try and may give you some time to save for the expense of the repair.
