Our outlander won't crank since it overheated. It will try to start but won't turn over. Are there any sensors or anything that we need to look for. We are putting a new radiator and thermostat in. Please any advice you can give will be appreciated.

The radiator and thermostat won't make it start. How badly was it overheated? Have you checked for spark and fuel pressure to the engine? Have you checked engine compression? Compression may be low to a blown head gasket resulting from overheating.
