2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport dash lights and tailights dont work when headlights on

When headlights are on the only lights that work are brakelights and absolutely no tailights and also no interior dashboard lights.

Have the combination switch checked and tested

Check the taillight fuse and relay as well.
