Every time I step brake pedal there is hydraulic like sounds even the engine is off. Can you help me what is the cause of this. Is this still safe in driving? Thank you.

if yo hear a hydraulic sound it may be your accumulator on your abs emptying out from pressing on brakes. nothing to worry about. it does that so when you lose power you stil have some brakes left.
