What are the torque specifications for the header bolts and the bolts for the shocks on my 2003 Mitsubishi lancer es? Just wondering what the tourque specs for the bolts on my headers and shocks are for my 2003 lancer es

Ifyou are talkingabout your struts, it's 167NM +-9 for the large nut on top and the lower arm ball joint nut is 108NM +-10 or in english it's 123+-7 and 80+- 7 ft lbs. Respectively. If you are talking about headers on the engine or exaust manifolds if it's a M10 bolt 21ft lbs +- 3 and a M8 bolt 13+-1ft lb.

Yeah I am actually putting on lowering springs and wanted to make sure I tighten all the bolts correctly when I put them back on. Is there a certain sequence I should put the header bolts back on in?

No doesnt' say anything about that, but I would start in middle and go outward.I fyou thi s has a turbo don't be surprised fi the exaust may be warped due to the heat from the turbo. If it is you migh tthink about a replacement.
