drove car in shop to do preventive maintenace changed spark plugs an timing belt an tenioner also valve cover gasket now engine has lost #2 an #3 fuel it has fire but no fuel someone said ecu may b bad so i bought a used one but dint fix i just dont no

Check that you have injection pulse at those injectors, if so swap injectors to 1&4 and see if fault follows the injectors. If no injection pulse you will have to do a pin out continuity test to the ecu.
