I had a blowout that ripped out the wiring harness on my 03 Galant. So now the front passenger headlight dont work, ac, windshield wipers and cruise control. About how much do the repairs cost? I took it to a mechanic and he said it would take about 20 hrs to fix at $90 an hour. then turned around and said he wasnt going to do it.

That mechanic was saying the same thing in both statements. He never wanted to do the job and that's why he quoted the outrageous numbers. It could be 3 or 4 hours but I wouldn't expect much more than that if he's actually putting a new harness in. I don't think it would be a good idea to try to repair that one.
