help me plz!

i have a 2003 galant. i changed thermostat,hoses, flushed radiator, and checked water pump. no sign of over heating except that all hoses are very hard as if holding to much pressure.Radiator cap checks out but its seems that when i close radiator cap a instant pressure build up,and car is not even at normal temp yet? plz help trynna get my wifes car back on the road until next year

almost sounds like head gasket compression leak into cooling system.but i would also try another radiator cap?

also check that overflow line is not blocked/plugged up?
