2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Will Crank Check Engil Light Switch Turned On Code

will not crank /no check engil light with switch turned on /code reader unable to connect /relays & fueses all check good / could it be front ecu or lost program or something I missed checking

check all fuses with test light. check all powers and grounds to the pcm.

if all is good, you may have a failed pcm
