2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Test Drove 03 Tried Out Heater After Driving 15 Minutes

I test drove a 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse and tried out the heater. After driving for 15 minutes the driver side vents wasn't warm at all, but the passenger side vents was warm (not hot). Any idea what this could be?

Most probably the air mix actuators/vents are not working correctly.
