2003 eclipse gt running light problem

when i turn my car on, my headlight and clock light are the only things lights on(normal) when i turn my lights ON my one blinker light under my headlight stays on but the other one doesnt. same with the rear end, under my tail lights are my rear blinkers but only one stays on. ALL blinkers work, the problem is just that they dont STAY RUNNING. only one of them does.
