2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Car Vibrates Stopped Gear This Happens Either Drive

My car vibrates when it is stopped and in gear. This happens when it is either in drive or reverse.The vibration goes away if I put the car in neutral, or park, or I start to accelerate. Any ideas....I thought I might start with the engine or tranny mounts but not sure how to check them.

Symptoms indicates bad engine and/or trans mounts.
A visual inspection is required. Look at the mounts and check for broken rubber within the mounts.
