my car is stalling at stop lights

HI! I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Diamante that turned off on me twice yesterday. Both times I was at a red light. When I hit the gas it completely shut off. I recently changed my spark plugs and valve cover gasket. Before i changed these it was shaking only sometimes when I drove over 65 mph. Now it shut off on me.

Check and monitor the fuel pressure with a gauge if there's a problem with the fuel pump it will show as a sore thumb-start here

check and see what ur car is idleing at it may just being idleling to low or it may be your mass air intake sensor
