MG ZR WONT START IN COLD WEATHER BECAUSE OF CHOKE PROBLEM

HI
my mg zr didnt start this morning, i had to call my breakdown cover and the guy said it has a choke problem and that it needs to be reset..

Do you have any idea if the car would start this aftertoon when the temperature is a bit higher. Because i had to leave the car at home to go to work.

we have no info for this car at all. you might try starting int eh afternoon when it is warmer, but normally you need a little more fuel to fire in colder weather.
