my car is having power outages. it cranked fine. but after i turn engine off it's acting like there is no power. nothing works even the auto door lock switch isn't working. it has a new battery and the alternator was replaced about 5 months ago. started was replaced a year ago. it acts like there is no battery in it. i pulled and replaced the ignition relay and it started and ran fine but as soon as i turn it off it wouldn't start again.
