Power cutting out

My car is having power outages. It cranked fine. But after I turn engine off it's acting like there is no power. Nothing works even the auto door lock switch isn't working. It has a new battery and the alternator was replaced about 5 months ago. Started was replaced a year ago. It acts like there is no battery in it. I pulled and replaced the ignition relay and it started and ran fine but as soon as I turn it off it wouldn't start again.
