i have not heat even when i put the gage to 90degrees, the blower blows cold air

I have a 2003 Mercury Sable with an 24valve duratec motor, for some reason i am not getting heat all it does is blow cold air

make sure heater core is getting hot on both sides, feel thehoses when engine warmed up. they should be about the same. you may have an actuator not working, they are on htr box inside car.
