Front end shakes

I had a front end alignment and new tires put on but when iam on the freeway and go to slow down the front ends shakes, what could be the problem?

Did they check for any worn steering or suspension components, if this is just under braking, it will be brake rotors, you can get them machined if they are still with in tolerance, get them measured for repair or replacement.
