car stalled and then died and won't restart. Any ideas on what this could be?

gear shift with exclamation point came on as it died. Car died at stop sign started back up but died again a few miles up the road and won't start. Doesn't roll over. Tried to jump the car and nothing happened.

Roll over? Turn over? Nothing happens when you turn the key to start? Fully charged battery? Check the starter and solenoid.
