when you turn the wheel it pop

I Have a 2003 mountineer - feels as if it is been drug side ways and in reverse it is making up a loud noise as if it is been drug backward

it pops when turning and drag it it is in reverse and if you turning sharp and it take a while for it to stop draging rung good going stright

It sounds like you may have a bad cv axle in the front. Which side does it happen on? What do you mean it was drug sideways?
