The A/C diverter stopped working, and now the blower is not working.

A few weeks ago the A/C diverter stopped working, and then some time after the A/C blower motor stopped. The blower then came back on the same day, but it happened a couple of other times. Now the blower is not coming back on. Could these problems be related, or are they 2 seperate issues?

Its a seperate issue-power the blower motor direct from the battery and see if it turns On-
