The left front shock? Squeak when I go over bumps or push fender up and down. Only on that side.

Shock absorbers and struts don't squeak, but rubber bushings and ball joints can. The easiest way to find this is by bouncing the vehicle while it's in the air on a drive-on hoist. Your mechanic will listen with a stethoscope if necessary. A tire and alignment shop is the best place for finding suspension system noises.
