HOW DO I RESET MY WINTER TYRE SPEED LIMITE ON A MERC C220?

i had new tyres put on hoping that the winter tyre speed limite would be reset but when i try go over 160 it tells me that i cant because of the winter tyre speed limite ?

That is correct. The tires are rated to be safe up to a certain speed. The limiter is in the cars main computer and you don't want to mess with that.
