When start car it marks a grinding noise like medal against medal. When I put it drive Or reverse Sound goes away. When it's in neutral It makes a screeching noise And shut the whole car down.

disconnect your belt to eliminate any thing like alternator/waterpump. It cold be internal on engine though as well
