Last week, with my Mazda protege5 2003, I had a few wires hanging under the front bumper (between the bumper and the radiator) and 2 days ago I heard a big noise while I was on the highway and all the lights that controlled with the dimmer went off. So I stopped on the side of the road and I saw the wires all the way from the bumper going to the back of the car and I tied it to the bumper so it wouldn't go in my wheels. And I also noticed that all my parking lights doesn't work anymore. And I don't know what I can do to fix this problem. Thank you.

Have you tried reconnecting the broken wires? Also, they may have shorted when this happened so check the fuses too.

Yep, the wiring got damaged and must be fixed before the systems will work again, I am sure the fuses for the system popped so you will need to check those as well.
