How can I test an oxygen sensor for a 2003 Mazda Protege?

See diagram from term"A" to "B" place analog volt meter start car increase speed to 3000 rpms volts .5 to .7 increase and decrease engine rapidly volt meter should go up and down. Then test resistence from "C" to "D" front O2 5.6 ohms rear O2 15.6 ohms
