2003 Mazda6 fuel pump replaced. also wires and plugs. dissconnected battery for 5 minutes to reset fuel/air ratio. car still won"t start. Is theere some sort of reset or lockout need with these actions?

There are no reseting switches.
Was engine running prior to repair work?
Did you check for ignition sparks and is the fuel pump working now?
Is the security system triggerred?
