Control Arm TSB

I have an 03 Mazda 6 that is emitting a squeaking/knocking noise when traveling over even the smallest bumps. Do technical service bulletins exist on this subject, specifically in a format that local Mazda dealerships will accept?

I could only find a TSB on popping/clunking noise when steering wheel ios turned. There is none on squeaking nosies which are mostly due to dry or worn bushes/ball joints.
