my car jumps and decellerates in speed when i have my AC on

i have a 2003 mazda 6 v6 engine and everytime i turn on the AC it begans to jump and also it decellarates in speed but yesterday the car jumped it decellerated in speed it wouldnt go over 40 MPH's and it cut off twice and that has never happened i dont know if it was the gas i used or what is going on but i need help please!!!!!!

Have a shop put A/C gauges on it ans see if there is anything irregular with the high side pressure reading.

do you think it may be the fuel pump or fuel filter?
