vehicle is very heavy on fuel about 5 miles to a liter of fuel, how do I set the carburrator and what must the spark plug gaps be.

Are you sure you still have a carburettor on the engine for the year model?

I could not say for sure, not being a motor technician myself, but its a big piece of iron with 2 set screws (maybe more) a butterfly in the venturi system, get my drift?? Yes its a carburattor. Will you be able to help me? I think the engine is known as a B3 and it was used from 1997 - 2005 (not sure of this info.
