intake manifold replaced and now the car is skipping.

Had my intake manifold replaced on my '03 Town Car, and now the car is skipping. What could have caused that?

It started to run rough when idle, and became worse to that point that the vibration interfered with the smooth ride. I have to drive at 60 mph not to feel the rough ride.

Check for vacuum leaks and check the IAC
