2003 Lincoln Navigator tire blew

I was driving,steering wheel was pulling to right,feel like it was losing power,had to push down on gas for power hard.made a right turn felt like i was riding on gravel,or it was skidding,got home the right side wad hot,funny smell,parked came in house about 10 minutes later my neighbor came and said my tire blew out,and it was very loud,now tire flat and the whole wheel and rim and tire was to hot to touch it,need advice asap please.i do know i have small leak in radiator from what mechanic said after it was pressure tested,but all this is foreign to me.

check brakes for tht side not releasing it may be a bad brake hose. open bleeder screw if fluid comes out under pressure it may be a frozen caliper or hose
