Make sure it has power. Make sure the relay is functioning properly.

Find a quality shop and they can help. There is a fuse, relay, and compressor. Start with the fuse, as it is the beginning of the power supply to the compressor.

You can verify the presence of power and check a relay yourself and save at least $100 worth of testing charges.
