2003 Lincoln Aviator Water Pump Replaced Now Turn On Compressor Air Cold Even

the water pump was replaced and now when i turn on the compressor the air turn cold even with the temp on hot . in other words the heat goes from hot to coldwhat should i do to fix this

check the vacuum motors for vacuum whenheat is on. also check water vavle to see if it is getting vacuum. lastly check for a vacuum leak it starts underhood.you r water valve may be open then closing causeing no heat
